Though success rates vary from programme to programme, on average our customers win 15% more grants than the available benchmarks. GrantSpider was founded by academics and innovators, who believe that easier access to funding will accelerate scientific and technological progress in Europe. This means we do our best to keep the costs as low as possible for our users, given that we still have to pay for developers, AI engineers, sales representative, marketing, cloud infrastructure and, of course, taxes. To further support access to our services, we implemented to solutions: • to guarantee maximum flexibility and proportionality we introduced the Spidey Credits, that users consume when leveraging the most advanced functionalities of the platform • to show how committed we are to our users' success, we introduced the Success Fees, allowing users to pay only id and when they win a grant or tender; given the more complex bureaucratic setup, however, this is an option we currently reserve to customers applying to at least 20 grants per solar year

Access is granted upon subscribing to one of our plans, starting from €99/m. Plans are increasingly cheaper for annual and larger (e.g. Team or Department) tiers, regularly updated on the Plans & Pricing (https://www.grantspider.com/en/pricing-plans/list)page. Each plan comes with a budget of Spidey Credits, consumed by users when activating advanced functionalities within the platform. On average, even the most complex applications (e.g. Horizon ones) consume less than 30,000 Credits, resulting in a ROI (Return on Investment) for our customers of 10 or more. All subscriptions guarantee a 14-day full refund.

Turnkey solutions start from €2,000. It is much lower than industry standards, and we are proud of it. For applicants preparing more than 20 submissions per year, even cheaper options where costs are partially or entirely covered by success fees are available.
