GrantSpider leverages the expertise of senior consultants with over €300M applications submitted over the last years, as well as of a stellar technical team from NASA, Canon, Stellantis, and the University of Turin. Though success rates vary from programme to programme, on average our customers win 30% more grants than the available benchmarks. GrantSpider was founded by academics and innovators, who believe that easier access to funding will accelerate scientific and technological progress in Europe. This means we do our best to keep costs as low as possible for our users, given that we still have to pay for developers, AI engineers, sales representative, marketing, cloud infrastructure and, of course, taxes.

The first step in this effort was introducing the Spidey Credits, an usage-based system that allows users to pay only when they leverage the platform’s most advanced functionalities.

More recently, to further demonstrate our commitment to users’ success, we also introduced Success Fees: this pay-when-you-win system enables our customers use GrantSpider freely and only pay if and when they win a grant or tender. Due to the more complex administrative and contractual setup required, this option is currently reserved for organizations and groups applying to at least 10 grants per calendar year. Access is granted upon subscribing to one of our plans, starting from €99/m.

Plans are increasingly cheaper for annual and larger (e.g. Team or Department) tiers, regularly updated on the Plans & Pricing page.

Each plan comes with a budget of Spidey Credits, consumed by users when activating advanced functionalities within the platform. On average, even the most complex applications (e.g. Horizon ones) consume less than 30,000 Credits, resulting in a ROI (Return on Investment) for our customers of 10 or more.

For groups or organizations preparing more than 10 submissions per year, even cheaper options where costs are partially or entirely covered by success fees are available. To request this option, please schedule a meeting from our calendar. All subscriptions guarantee a 14-day full refund.

Turnkey solutions start from €2,000. It is much lower than industry standards, and we are proud of it.
